The spring – fine time, in the nature everything comes
to life and is restored. But for an organism time without enough fresh
vegetables and fruit, full-fledged quantity of a sunlight proceeds. To finish

1. To pay attention to amount of salt in food and to reduce
its use to a minimum. It can be replaced with spices. So the diet will not

2. To drink on several glasses of water on an empty
stomach in the morning. It can be both clear water, and water with a lemon or
